Acai Berry Side Effects: the Myth

Posted: March 7th, 2009 under Acai Berry.

Lots of people believe that because acai berry is so good for you, there must be something in the way of acai berry side effects. This is just not the case. Acai berry is just a fruit — ‘just’ a fruit that is very good for you, of course — but this fruit is really nothing different to the apples and oranges that you would buy in the super market. Why would a fruit that you buy in the supermarket make you ill? By the same token why would there be acai berry side effects?

If you think about it logically then quite quickly you will come to the conclusion that there is no rational reason why there would be any acai berry side effects.

The proof is in the pudding, so to speak. The locals that spend their time harvesting the acai berry from tall palms will all attest to the fact there is no basis behind the rumour that there are acai berry side effects. They should know, since 42% of their diet is taken up with this little berry. If anyone knows about the adverse effects of the acai berry then it is those people!

The bottom line: acai berry is a great addition to any diet.
